The Community

East Bernard is a growing community located on the west side of the San Bernard River, just 45 miles southwest of Houston, and about 30 minutes from the Grand Parkway. Providing its residents the best of two worlds -- the pleasure of small town charm, while being close to a major city.
East Bernard Independent School District is dedicated to helping its students develop essential academic skills by providing the highest quality education possible. For the 2017-2018 school year, the state of Texas recognized their efforts by grading East Bernard ISD's performance with an overall A grade. The community is also proud to support the East Bernard Brahmas at any one of their sporting events.
This close-knit community offers its residents fun-filled events for the whole family. In addition to these events, families can enjoy a day at the park, or the East Bernard City Pool during the summer. Visit and you will see why "East Bernard is a good place to live".

Bernard Meadows

Bernard Meadows is located between FM Road 1164 and Old Wharton Road just before arriving at Highway 60. This community is planned to be a 25-acre subdivision with 60 beautifully crafted lots lined with lush landscaping. Unwind after a busy day by walking along the neighborhood walking trail surrounding the 5-acre pond, next to a beautiful Texas sunset.
Phase 1 of this plan is breaking ground now.
